A Few more changes........a couple of swimmers out and about 9 more in.
We have added another full group to accommodate these changes.
be aware there is no Wed practice for groups G, H and I, so now you have M & F at Kroc and T-Th at Helix.
As mentioned in yesterday's news, we hope to have some PM pool time back at the Kroc beginning on Aug 3rd. We don't expect final approval for that until Tuesday the 28th. Once we know for sure what pool time we have in Aug., we will let you know.....please check back to the CAST NEWS tab for up to date information.

Anyone who has not yet participated this summer: Sign and bring this waiver to your first practice
Please follow all safety protocols: Wear your mask - wash your hands - stay home if you feel any signs of illness, or someone you have been in recent contact with has tested positive.
