Championship - virtual time trial results
We did a 6 week set of time trials for older swimmers with multiple other theams in the LSC....4 weeks of 4 events per week, and 2 weeks of "championship" where the number of events per swimmer were limited and teams could treat these time trials a little more seriously.
Here are the results of the "Championship" portion. The results were scored, 10 teams participated. CAST ranked 2nd in mens and 3rd in womens ...and 2nd in combined.
