 Practice Changes:

Some changes had to be made to acommodate moving the senior-level kids (Group ABC) back to the Kroc center.

Here are the changes:

ABC - will be at Kroc - weekdays 3:30 - 5:15 (5:30 on Wednesdays)

DE - will get a few more minutes in the pool . . . . 3:30 - 5:00 pm

FG - will begin at 5:15  on M_T_TH_F and 5:30 on Wed (and still last 1 hour)

HI - will begin at 6:15 and run till 7:00 pm M_T_TH_F

All levels - Please be at the gate - near the coffee shop tower 5-8 minutes prior to your practice start time.

Tomorrow, Monday Apr 26th, is Coach Michaela's last day with CAST. Coach Michaela has been coaching with us since Sept. 2019. She is leaving to start schooling on her doctorate degree in physical therapy. Originally we thought she would only be coaching with us for 9-12 months, and we were fortunate to have her stay much longer. For those who don't know, she was a CAST swimmer throughout her high school years, and went on to swim all 4 years in college at San Jose State.

Please make sure you get a chance to say farewell.

We are currently working with a few potential coaches to take coach Michaela's place. We have had 3 coaches on deck in the past week, and will make some decisions / announcements in the next week.

Extended deadline for the 12&U meet.  Because the LSC didn't get the format issued until last week, the normal entry deadline was extended. 12&U's have until Monday night to sign up and commit to this (the May 2nd) meet.

USA swimming 18&U Spring Cup

Some of the top 18&U's in the country will be competing in Irvine this coming weekend. CAST had 2 swimmers qualify to attend. Greyson Davies and Jeffrey Keppler will be attending Friday-Sunday. Congrats boys.
