Wrap up meet this Saturday.....Hopefully you got the email last sunday stating the change for the summer's final meet. It will be on Saturday at Southwestern College instead of Sunday at Coronado.
Please be ready at 7:15a.m. for check in and stretching....we get in the water for warmup at 7:30 am.
Be sure to wear CAST related clothes.

2 Week break!
You should already be aware that we are taking our annual break beginning next week. We will be returning to practices on Tuesday 6th - after Labor Day. A full September schedule will be out by the end of next week. The schedule should be very similar to the current one.
I'm taking a sabbatical.
After 38 years of coaching, and 31 as a head coach, after Friday, I will be taking a 10 week break from the on-deck portion of my job. I will be doing a lot of admin things behind the scenes, and you'll still be getting email updates from me. I will be setting up a couple of zoom meetings as well in order to keep the communication going. Coach DawnElla will be handling my swimmers while I am gone. If you have any questions regarding this, feel free to e-mail me.
