B/C Swim meet this weekend
Location: Granite Hills HS
Swimmers need to be at the team area at the pool (it will likely be in the tarp area just west of the pool deck) by 6:50 AM. We would like all swimmers to sit together with the team in the team area. Parents you may either sit with your swimmers in the team area or in the bleachers. If you sit in the bleachers, please have your kids stay with the team in the team area.
Swimmers will need to check in for their events. We ask that they wait until after they get out of warmup at 7:35, so they are not stuck in line before their warmup time begins.
We understand this is very early. This meet is almost 700 swimmers and in order to acoomodate all swimmers and teams for warmup, we were assigned the earliest of 3 warmup periods. We are in the water from 7:00-7:35 each day. We encourge parents to bring card games or other games for the kids to play to encourage interaction between the kids during their waiting times at the meet.
Please wear CAST apparrel if you have it.
Coach Ben and Raven will be there for warmup. Coach DawnElla will arrive after she runs Saturday morning practice, probabably between 10:00 and 10:30 am
As always we have some jobs to fulfill - which will be posted shortly. Please start building your service credit hours early in the season, so you don't end up being charged for unworked hours next April. Service Hours Requirements Here
