WAG MAX MEET this weekend.
Please arrive at 7:50 am ea. morning for check in and stretching. Looks like the timeline is relatively short, with the meet running until approximately 12:30 on Saturday and 11:30 on Sunday.
USA swimming Registration
Here is a reminder that all swimmers either new or who currently have a 2022 USA swimming registration will need to get a 2023 prior to the end of the month. As of September 1st USA swimming requires each family to personally register their swimmer (in the past the team could do it for you).
Here is a list of CAST swimmers and when their registrations expire. If yours says 12/31/22 please take the steps below to get registered for 2023 prior to the end of the month.

December schedule - still working out a couple minor details, but we will have your regular practice times through the 16th. Everyone has a week off the 19th-25th, and we'll return to the pool on the 26th. The last week of the month will have some modifications to your normal schedule and as soon as I have the details I'll post the calendar online.
