SR and SR Dev Saturday AM practice

As we have announced multiple times this week, tomorrow morning's practice is at El Cajon Valley High School from 7-9 am. Please be on deck by 7. We are practicing with Heartlands advanced age group and sr group which will be a lot of fun.

USA Swimming membership

All swimmers must have a current USA swim membership in order to practice with the team. If you are new or are returning after taking some time off, please make sure you are registered with USA swimming.

Here is a list of CAST swimmers and when their registrations expire AS OF 1/13. If you're not on the list, you need to register.

Instructions to register with USA swimming. Your swimmer's current ID number can found on our website under your membership information.

High School Swimmers

Please read this note if your swimmer will be part of a high school swim team this upcoming season. Click here.

CAST hosted BC meet  - Helix HS January 21-22

We have 45 swimmers competing in the CAST hosted meet this coming weekend. Keep an eye out for more information regarding warmup times, psyche sheets and timeline information. Once all of the entry data from all of the teams is in our computer, the meet secretary will pass along that information to me. (should be out by early next week).

In the meantime I want to say thank you for all who have signed up to help run the meet, 80% of the jobs were filled within 24 hours of posting. We still have some jobs to be filled, some of which carry double credit toward your service hours requirement - so check the job sign-up button under the meet listing on our website.

We need some storage space!

After 20 years of having a spot to store our swim meet supplies at the Kroc center, they've told us we need to clear that particular area out. I have arranged to store our tables at Granite Hills pool, but we have some items that need to be stored at someone's home (and a shed to store them in). Whoever stores this will receive 10 hours of service credits per season. I'm going from memory but the shed is approximately 6' x 6' x 6'.
