Practice Changes for this Friday evening!!!!!!
Due to Caoch Dave and Coach DawnElla attending the meet on Friday night, Ben will be running some combined group practices. Please see below:
SR and SD - No Changes (4:15 - 6pm)
AG: 5-6 pm note earlier time
N: 5:15 - 6 pm note earlier time
CAST hosted meet last weekend
First a quick shout out and THANK YOU to everyone who helped out for the CAST hosted meet last weekend. It was a great success. Everything ran smoothly with only 2 brief timing system hiccups. The best part was having 45 CAST swimmers competing! It was great fun and a great learning experience to boot. Thanks again!!!!
SOL A-BB meet this weekend
Location Southwestern College.
The meet this weekend is pretty short. They are even running 6 lanes in order to make sure it's not too short. but it looks like it should be over by 7:20 on Friday night, and before noon on Saturday and Sunday. We only have a few jobs to fill, but we do need them filled, so please sign up. Job sign-ups here
