CAST swim meet this weekend
CAST hosted swim meet this weekend. Granite Hills HS (no the meet is not at Grossmont - that was an error listed in the meet file by our admin person)
First of all.....we need your help!!!! Running swim meets is not only an opportunity to have a meet close to home that our swimmers can get to, it's also a necessary service to our teams in San Diego. We also get the benefit of raising money when we run meets. We need this income to keep providing the services to the team.
Service hours are a required part of participating with CAST. We have just ended our first 1/2 of the year service requirements and have now started the requirement for the Long course season. This will be sent to everyone tonight. We need all to help out! It's especially convenient if you have swimmers in the meet. Please sign up Here.
Swimmers in the meet should arrive by 7:10 am.
Swimmers in SR-D and SR have an AM practice from 6:00-7:30am at Granite Hills.
Estimated Timeline (for a B/C meet with 12 lanes, I am guessing we'll end 20-30 minutes beyond this-but it's computer generated).
Another note will come out tonight with service protocol hours.
