quickie notes from coach Dave

A couple of quick notes:

1) Entry deadline for SOL NTS(No Time Std) meet is tonight at midnight. This is a short course meet. No Time Std means that all swimmers at all levels are welcome. This means that every CAST swimmer is encouraged to enter this meet. Please sign up today.

2) Team Cap order. We have opened an opportunity for families to order their own silicone CAST caps. The cost for 2 caps with your name on it is $37. Ordering caps with your name will not occur again until the fall. Silicone caps usually last at least a year. Please visit the Swim West website: https://www.swimwestusa.com/ to order. click on "team stores" and then College Area Swim Team. the login is simply... swimcast. Since there are minimum orders, we need to do this only a couple of times a year. Ordering for caps with names will close on May 22nd.
