CAST B/C swim meet June 24-25 - Granite Hills HS
Please sign up (commit) to the CAST meet by nidnight tonight if you want to be entered. Everyone with B or C times should swim in this meet. The only exception are those who joined the team in the last 30-60 days. If you recently joined the team, and are practicing with AG SD or SR teams, then we want you to enter this meet. If you are new to the team and on Novice, you can wait until the summer fun meet (see later note).
Job signup announcements going out today - Please sign up to help. Many families did not make their full required work hours last season, we need your help to run a smoothe meet even if your swimmer is unavailable. Multiple family members can work at the same time to knock out a bunch of work credits.
Summer Fun Meets - (for summer only swimmers as well as C swimmers from Novice and AG groups)
On July 7th and July 19th there will be a summer fun meet for all new summer swimmers who are in AG and Novice, as well as any year-round swimmers who are in those groups who have C times. the fun meets are unofficial, and will be held at Granite Hills HS 3:45 - 5:30 on those nights....set the dates aside....more information soon.
NEW TEAM SUITS
CAST has picked new suits, and they are in. you can visit in person or if you know your sizing can order online. color scheme 421 (blue green).

general news - Please plan on being on deck 20 minutes prior to our scheduled warmup times. swimmers competing in their first race after 10:30 am can contact the coach to potentially work out a later arrival.
