Some have been asking questions about the novice meet and this weekends meet. There are a few questions I need answered before I can send out some of the news.

I hope to have those questions answered by tonight, so check keep an eye out for some more news in the next 24 hours. Here's a few quick notes prior to that....

Yes there is another Summer fun meet tomorrow. There is no Novice practice tomorrow - we would like all novice swimmers to attend the Summer Fun meet. As well, we would like swimmers who are in AG who have not been in a regular USA swimming (weekend) meet, and swimmers in AG with times slower than 11-12 B times to attend as well. The meet is at Granite HIlls HS - please arrive by 3:45 PM.

Long Course Championships start Thursday

I will be posting job assignmets, meet info, warmup times, relay info and any additional meet notes later this evening....The timeline and psyche sheets can currently be found on our meet info page Here

We do have some practice anomalies this week due to the meets. - I will post this tonight.

Age Group Champs Max (JO MAX) meet entries due tonight!

There are only two San Diego meets left after this weekend. The JO Max meet is at Mater Dei HS and is on July 29-30. The other meet is the one hosted by CAST on Aug 13th. The JO MAX meet is for swimmers with less than 6 JO cuts and is a great oppotunity for swimmers to swim a full spectrum of events over a two day meet. ALL swimmers who have less than 6 JO qualifying times should strongly consider attending.  If you have questions, please e-mail me castcoachdave@gmail.com. As always if you have notes or restrictions like,"we have to leave by 11:00 on Sunday" or "please put joey in the 100 fly"  - make sure you include those notes.
