CAST notes
Age Group Champs Max meet (JO MAX) this weekend
Location: Mater Dei High School.
Please read the meet notes below....the very first note is Absolutely No Pets allowed on campus. It also has rules for where to set up, check-in parking etc. Swimmers in the distance events at the end of Saturday will need their own timer and counter.
Practice notes for Fri - Sat:
AG practice this Friday (and the next two Fridays) will be 6-7pm - Kroc
SR-SD practice this Saturday is 7:45-9:30 at Kroc.
Aug. Calendar out soon. Note that there will be a full team break from practices from Aug 14th-27th.
CAST Hosted final summer meet
After this weekend's meet there is only one more San Diego meet left this summer.....It is the CAST hosted meet on Aug. 13th at Granite Hills. We encourage all swimmers in all levels to attend - sign up now while you're thinking about it by hitting the commit button on the webpage. We currently have 26 swimmers committed, and we'd like at least twice that. This is the last chance to swim in a meet until late September!
