CAST Notes:

This Saturday AM. was originally posted on our online schedule as TBA, then on Tuesday morning I posted a schedule update. If you noticed that one - just letting you know there was a further update. So here it is:

AG: 7:45 - 9:00 AM Helix

SD and SR 7:15 - 9:00 AM Helix

As for last Saturday, those of you who showed up and couldn't swim. My sincere apologies. I was prepping for a medical procedure later that morning and had hired a lifeguard to open the facility and oversee the lifeguarding duties, and he didn't show up.

I will be there this Saturday.

Swim-O-Rama

We have one main fundraiser every year. It is here. Each family is required to bring in $200 if they have one swimmer on the team and $300 if they have 2 or more swimmers on the team. **Families that joined after July 31st are not required to raise funds, but we encourage you to participate and support the team.

On September 28th we will be swimming and seeing how many lengths of the pool each swimmer can swim in an hour. you can get pledges per length or flat donations. Swimmers have a chance to win prizes. With the top prize of 2 free swimmer/months (2months 1 swimmer or 1 month for 2 swimmers) plus a $200 amazon gift card. With lots of other prizes to earn.

Online fall parent meeting

There will be an informational online parent meeting this coming Monday at 7:45 PM. The meeting will last about 30 minutes and is informational on what to look forward to this fall. A link to that zoom was sent home in the e-mail on Thursday afternoon that mirrors this news page (just not posting for people outside CAST who may come across this post).
