Beach party - awards potluck

Happy Friday Everyone. As you know, on we will gather Sunday October 1, 2023 about 1:30pm for a team potluck and beach day at Coronado Beach in the area near the Main Tower. We will have a time socialize, let the kids run around, eat around 2:30-ish, and recognition to follow. 

You can RSVP on the team website under events. 

In addition to your standard beach gear, we are asking families should bring a dish to share. There's no assigning dishes, drinks, or utensils - it will be what it will be. Ideas on what to bring and share:

  • a favorite easy potluck dish
  • drinks
  • chips
  • dessert
  • napkins  plates  utensils

If you have a table or can bring a team canopy, that would be helpful. Please send me quick note and I will make sure you can get the canopy(s) the Friday before. 

The point of this is to make it easy, let the kids and parents mingle away from the pool, and to have a little fun.
