Tenative fixes for pool availability issues

Okay First thing - Kroc does not know when they will get the pool pump up and running. The longer it is down the longer it will take to heat up and balance chemicals. They said it may not be usable this week. So that's what we'll plan for and hope they get it fixed sooner.

Unfortunately these plans are tough on everyone. But it was the best I could come up with on short notice. My most recent text came in at 11:10pm letting me know that Monte Vista - which is way closer - should be available on Thursday afternoon. (confirming tomorrow).

Tuesday: all groups at El Capitan HS  SD and SR 6:15 - 8pm

AG 630-8pm

N 630 - 730pm

Wednesday AM SD and SR 6-730 am at Helix

Thursday pm will either be at El Capitan with groups starting at 6:30    or be at Monte Vista

If El Cap same as Tuesday, but we have to wait until the water polo games end so 6:30 start for all

If at Monte Vista  SR and SD will be 4:00- 5:45 (get there when you can)

I am meeting with the the Grossmont district Aquatics director tomorrow AM, Tuesday will definitely be at El Cap....If any better options present themselves for Wednesday thru Friday,  while I am going over the schedule with her (grossmont district has 11 pools), then I will book those better spots.

The best Hope would be that Kroc gets the parts they need and fixes the pump tomorrow or Wednesday and we don't have to drive around the county all week.

Also because AG and Novice will only have two practices offered, the practice times are extended a bit, and hopefully for just a couple days we can get as many people to those practices as possible.

I will send out another note after my morning meeting. Just to confirm locations.

ALSO - due to the 8pm finish on Tuesday, the online parent meeting will be rescheduled to Wednesday at 8:00 pm - please mark your calendars.
