Practices and WAGS
Practice change for Thursday-Friday (affects AG)
AG will not practice this Thursday. Thursday's pratice for AG is moved to Friday at 4:45 to 6:00 PM.
SR and SD had a TBA on the Calendar for Friday - practices for these groups will be at normal time 4:15- 6:00 PM.
WAG meet this weekend.
The meet begins on Friday Morning. Please be aware of the 2 different start times 8:30 for 13_O's and 9:30 for 12&U's.
Your coach will determine the time you are to be there each day for warmup. Since we have less than 10 swimmers in each of the age divisions, we can pick our warmup -coaches will announce at practice.
Oceanside pool- It's a long drive, please plan accordingly. If you qualify for finals, you are expected to compete in finals. 12&U relays are at the end of their prelim session while 13-14 relays are at the end of finals.
Dress in warm CAST gear.
