Next swim meet

The next opportunity to race is Feb 9-11. Entries are due by Next Tuesday (Jan 30). This is an NTS meet (no time standards) which means it is for all levels. This is also the last chance to qualify for the local 14&U championship meet on March 9-10. We strongly encourage all swimmers to enter (unless your coach has advised otherwise). Meets are not only a chance to test yourself, but there are learning and growth opportunities at swim meets that just aren't available at practices.

To be entered- go to the website, make sure you're logged in, scroll down to the meets on the main page and select commit for the Feb. 9-11 meet.

Practices this week

AG has modified practice times on Wednesday and Thursday. Practices will be 5-6 instead of 6 to 7. This is reflected on the swim calendar under the schedule tab on our website.

New 14&U championship time standards

I'm going to call it JO's (because the meet used to be called the Junior Olympics and JO's is much easier than "14&U San Diego 14&U short course championships"). The time stds are Here.  Next year these will be out in Sept.

You will be getting more JO information soon which will include information about those who may not have individual qualifying times, but may be eligible for relays.
