Practice reminder for SR and SD: Tonights practice is at Mount Miguel High School 4:15 - 6:00 PM (the same place as April 17th).

I've been told that the CIF track meet will be taking place there this afternoon. I am not sure if this will restrict access to driving up next to the pool for drop-off and pick-up of your swimmers. I am quite certain it will affect parking, so give yourself some extra time.

Saturday AM practice: is at the Kroc Center. SR-SD 7:50 - 9:30 and AG 8:15 - 9:30.

 

Mission Viejo meet Sunday May 5th: I am just resending the info that coach DawnElla sent out 2 days ago in case you missed it. Job sign ups are available for Canopies and afternoon timing.

All of the meet documents for the meet this weekend at Mission Viejo are on the CAST website (timeline, jobs, psych sheet etc.). Some are attached hereto.

Sunday morning session (ages 5-12)

  • arrive 7:50
  • warm up 8:10
  • starts 9am 
  • end12:30

Sunday afternoon session (olders)

  • arrive 12:50
  • warm up 1:10
  • starts 2pm
  • end 4:45pm
  • Timing - 1 chair lane 8

Team suits and caps. If HS swimmers are going to State Champs you will need to unattach.
