Novice and AG swimmers

We would like All AG and Novice group swimmers to attend the Just-for-fun meet this Friday at 4:30 at Monte Vista High School (Arrive at 4:20). . See attachment for meet format. All you need to do is show up. It's the same as the one in early June if you attended

Saturday Practice

This Saturday SR and SD will have practice at Helix...The time has been bumped back (YEAH!)  to SR/SD 7:45 - 9:30am and AG 8:15 - 9:30am
