Junior Group and change to AG

We are starting a new group - Junior, that will be coached by coach Raven. This is for swimmers who are beyond the Novice level and will lead into the AG or, in some cases will lead into the SD group. We are still working on some of the details for the Junior group as well as a  long term plan to transition the AG group to primarily be a group for 13&overs (which will include one or two days a week having the 12&U's swim in other groups). As we finalize some of the details, the only change for this week is that if your swimmer is normally in the Novice group in the  3rd and 4th lane with Coach Raven, your practices will be 6:00 - 7:00 this week instead of 6:00 - 6:45.  More information by the end of the week.

Saturday - Beach Day

This Saturday we have a team beach day at La Jolla shores (picture/map). Meet at the grass area near the main lifeguard tower. This starts with some swimmer activities and a workout. Please arrive by 8:00 am so your swimmers will be included in the activites. Swimmers will be playing some team-building games, and then doing a beach run, with an optional swim - They should be done with these activities around 9:15-9:30. After that, all are welcome to hang out at the beach together for a while.
