A couple of changes for this week

A couple of practice alterations for this week

I will be out of town at the USA swimming convention (lots of meetings) this Wednesday through Saturday. This is going to trigger a couple of practice changes.

Monday: AG will start at 6:00 since I will be coaching AG.

Wednesday morning - no SR practice

Wednesday PM:   Ben will be coaching a combined AG / SD / SR practice - 4:30 - 6:00pm  --- for those in AG who cannot make it at 4:30 you can swim with coach Raven from 6:00 - 7:00 PM

Thursday is the Swim-O-Rama   where after some stretching and instructions time, swimmers have an hour to swim as many lengths as possible. SR and SD   4:15 - 5:45PM and  AG JR and N 5:30 - 7:00 PM (note this is an early start time for these groups)

Friday - Normal - SR and SD 4:15 - 6:00PM  (with invite to selected AG swimmers to attend)  - no practices for AG JR  N

Saturday - assuming this is approved by Kroc -  SD SR and AG   8-9:30 am Kroc

----reminder for those who are qualified---- to commit to the Pentathlon or Senior meets by Tuesday - midnight. These are CAST hosted meets. Eligibility lists are posted at the bottom of the pages on our site.
