Swim meet this weekend
Here are the basics for the swim meet this weekend.
All swimmers please arrive by 7:50 AM (Mater Dei HS) for stretching / check-in and warm-up. Note the parking information in the meet information. For those who are in their first "real" meet, please make sure the coaches pair you up with an experienced swimmer and family. Please wear CAST gear if you have it. All swimmers are expected to wear CAST caps.
The meet is relatively short - but long compared to our just-for-fun meets. Bring multiple towels and warm clothes.
We will need volunteer help in transportation of team canopies, and timing. Parents, please plan on signing up for something. Jobs sign-up invitation will be sent out later tonight.
