news for the week
For all swimmers:
CAST is hostin a meet on March 15th and 16th at Granite Hills HS. This meet is an all ages meet with no time standards, so all swimmers on the team are eligible. I encourage all swimmers to sign up. The deadline tp sign up is 8 pm on Wednesday. Please take the time now to sign up for it.
Job sign ups will be up in a few days.
For swimmers in the Senior and Senior Development groups:
This weekend is the San Diego Short Course Age Group Championship meet. Because of this there are a few changes in practices this week.
Changes: no dryland on Tuesday and Thursday - which alters the practice times for all swimmers to: Tuesday 5:15 - 7:00 and Thursday 4:15 - 6:00 - except the championship meet swimmers in my group will be done by 5:30 on Thursday.
Here is the meet information:
Warmups: Friday night 4:15; Saturday morning for the swimmers in individual events 6:45 AM and relay-only swimmers be on deck by 11:30. Sunday morning for the swimmers in individual events 7:50 AM and relay-only swimmers on deck by 11:15.
I will need someone who is coming Friday night to bring 2 canopies (pick them up on Thursday night at practice) - I will post the jobs by noon on Tuesday.
