The April practice Calendar is now online Here.

Please notice Monday 3/31 practice is modified due to special schedules at the kroc center in observance of Ceasar Chavez holiday. 

No AM practice for SR

PM:  SR and SD 3:15-5:00 PM     AG  4:00 - 5:00   JR and Novice - no Monday 3/31 practices.

Also, please note the deadline to sign up for the upcoming BC meet is this Wednesday. There are two meets in April one is a B/C meet, the other is an A/BB meet. If you are unsure which one is for you, please e-mail me (castcoachdave@gmail.com) and I will be glad to help you figure it out.

The calendar page link on the first line above also holds links to time standards, so when you see references to C or B or BB or A meets it refers to the time sandards used in meets. If you're not sure about your swimmer's official times, you can find them at the USA swimming times search page Here. (by the way a swimmer without a time in an event is techically C in that event). if you see an NTS designation for a swim meet it just means there are no time standards and the meet is available to any speed of swimmer.

All of the regular  meets through Aug 4th are up on our website, we will also have a couple of summer fun meets for our summer program that will be listed soon.
