14&U meet
The meet this Saturday is at West Hills HS - swimmers should be on deck by 7:55 am. The meet is pretty quick ending about 10:45. Since the meet is so small we have been assigned 2 timing lanes and we'll need canopies transported. We will need parents to chip in and help out. I'll be posting jobs soon after sending out this e-mail. Please sign up to help.
Saturday Practice
Due to the Kroc pool being closed this weekend for lifeguard training, and the meet, we will not have a practice this weekend.
Coach Ben
Tonight will be coach Ben's last practice (He will be at the meet on Saturday). Be sure to take the opportunity to tell him goodbye. I will be taking over the coaching of his group, beginning Monday.
June Calendar
The June practice calendar is posted on the CAST website. There are a few changes from the last couple months (like mondays starting at 6:00 for N, JR and AG). Please print out a copy for your cars and fridge.
