News for the week
Couple of things for the week:
Thursday Practice
This Thursday the Kroc center closes early for the Juneteeth observation. Because of this, SR and SD have practice 3:15 - 5:00 and AG has practice 4:00 - 5:00. There are no practices for novice or Junior.
CAST swim meet
The 14 & U Rising stars meet is on Saturday, June 28th at Helix HS. This meet is for all 14 &U's with B and C times, and we encourage all to attend. This includes all swimmers in Novice, Junior and AG and some of the swimmers in Senior development.
This is a meet where all swimmers receive a free Rising Stars cap. . . and we have rubber ducks for heat winners. This is a one-day meet and the meet will be over before noon.
All eligible CAST swimmers should attend. here is the eligibility list - swims listed in gray-red are too fast for this meet.

Just for fun meet
The June just-for-fun meet will be held next Wednesday (June 25th) at the Kroc center. This is for all swimmers (This is a meet for any summer league swimmers as well.) 5:00 - 7:00 PM.
Splash and Dash meet this weekend
The meet runs Friday through Sunday at the Wagner pool in Oceanside. Since the prelims is fairly long, the drive is far, and some swimmers may make finals, I have spread out the times for swimmers to show up to warm up so you don't have to be there any longer than necessary. In general you have to be there 90 minutes prior to your first race. Please bring food and drinks as your swims may end up being hours apart.
