Warmups: be on deck for stretching at the following times
Friday 3:45 pm (sofia) 4:45 (Maren and Diamond)
Saturday and Sunday 7:20 am
For swimmers on Saturday and Sunday - if your first swim is estimated to be after 10:00 am, please talk to me on when to arrive, as you can come in later.
