Information and notes for September: Here is a September practice Calendar. There are a couple of things to immediately take note of: 1) There will be no practices this coming Monday and Tuesday. CAST meet this weekend The final meet of the summer is upon us. The meet is Sunday at GHHS. It is a decent sized meet with 370+ swimmers. CAST has 58 swimmers in the meet. Because of the overall number of swimmers and the size of our group, and being meet hosts, we are warming up prior to the other teams.
